Description
Aluminum RV Propane Tank Stabilizer Base
The aluminum RV propane tank stabilizer base uses a 12.5-inch inner diameter, two adjustable tie-down straps with hooks, and rubber-padded contact areas to help limit tipping, sliding, rolling, vibration, and surface scratches. It is designed for compatible 20 lb, 30 lb, and 40 lb propane cylinders used around RVs, trailers, truck beds, storage compartments, and garages.
How the Stabilizer Helps
- Movement control: Helps reduce tipping, sliding, and rolling.
- Aluminum base: Provides a rigid support structure.
- Two straps: Hold a compatible cylinder down in the base.
- Rubber pads: Cushion contact points and help reduce vibration.
- 12.5-inch inner diameter: Listed for most standard 20 lb, 30 lb, and 40 lb tanks.
- Defined storage position: Keeps the cylinder organized during storage or transport.
How to Use the Propane Tank Stabilizer
- Place the stabilizer on a stable surface in the intended storage or transport area.
- Center a compatible propane cylinder inside the 12.5-inch inner-diameter base.
- Position both adjustable hook straps as shown in the product images.
- Tighten the straps evenly so they apply downward tension without damaging the cylinder or valve area.
- Check the base, straps, hooks, and cylinder again before movement and periodically during travel.
Transport note: This product helps stabilize a compatible propane cylinder, but it does not replace any separate cargo-restraint, ventilation, storage, or transport requirements that apply to the vehicle and cylinder.
Confirm the 12.5-inch inner diameter and compatible 20 lb, 30 lb, or 40 lb cylinder, then select the stabilizer for your storage or transport setup.
